Private Rail Cars is part of the
Train Chartering group.

Private Rail Cars offers individuals, families and businesses the retro luxury experience of traveling by private rail car on most of the rail networks of Amtrak and VIA Rail.

We are committed to the renaissance of rail in North America and worldwide. We work to increase awareness of the safety and luxury of traveling by private Train through newsletters, resources and Train-based special events.

We operate in close association with other rail partners such as:

• The Morristown and Erie Railroad
  (the M&E) of Morristown NJ just 35 miles from New York City;
• Passenger Train companies such as Amtrak & VIA Rail;
• AAPRCO, American Association of Private Rail Car Operators, a network of rail car owners

Private rail cars travel to almost every Amtrak and VIA Rail passenger station.

We also provide rail industry services such as Amtrak Certification, maintenance, repair, and storage of private rail cars at the Morristown and Erie Whippany Station through our partners at The Morristown and Erie Railroad.
