A Guide to Pricing - Private Rail Cars & Private Trains in North America

Every individual charter requires and deserves individual attention. This extends from client requirements to all aspects of the journey, not least pricing. Anyone who thinks rail charters are simple must be a client of ours!

However here is a very rough guide to estimated prices for private rail cars and private trains, based on a single rail car for 8 guests or a complete train for 800. Transfers, fine dining or complete meal services as well as onboard entertainment can be priced separately. .

Our project & guest management services, rail charges, concierge staff & butler, appetizers, beverages, and tips.

Excluded:
Taxes where applicable, fine dining or complete meal service, off-train accommodation or transport & other unspecified onboard services.

The Private Rail Car
from $7,500 per day for 8 guests for 700 miles

The Private Train
from $140 per guest for 800 guests for a 400-mile round trip
